Day 1- Erie Canal. Waterford to St Johnsville

I thought it might get boring but on the contrary it was not. Can’t really get my head around having my boat in the middle if NY State. 13 locks.  Only shared one with another boat!  Very peaceful.  Nice peeps at each and especially Brian at Lock 2.  He put a good word in for us apparently as we seem to be expected each time we arrive at a lock. Kinda like that!
